BoomBozz Pizza & Watch Bar is looking for a motivated, dependable General Manager to lead our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant management experience who is ready to take ownership of restaurant operations and continue growing their career in restaurant leadership.

As a General Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day restaurant operations while creating a great experience for both our guests and our team.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient shifts
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members and management staff
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve guest concerns
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Manage labor, inventory, scheduling, and daily operational needs
• Lead training and development of new and existing team members
• Hold team members accountable to BoomBozz standards and procedures
• Drive sales, manage costs, and achieve restaurant performance goals
• Create a positive, fun, and team-oriented work environment
• Work closely with upper management to ensure operational success

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant management experience required
• Previous General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and guest-first mindset
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and cost controls
• Ability to motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
