Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for public school students. This position is a 5 month Maternity Leave Contract for the current school year.

Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:

• Maternity Contract from now until January 2027
• 2-5 full days per week (Monday-Friday)
• Grades: 8th and 9th
• 8th Grade Center: 8:00 AM-2:40 PM
• Ninth Grade Center: 7:40 AM-2:20 PM

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania
• School Certification in Pennsylvania
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

• Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
• Assisting in evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
• Providing continued support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
• Developing and implementing IEPs
• Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
