Rate of Pay: $44,000 / $21.15 hourly BOE

Hours: Exempt Full-time

What You'll Do:

• Own the entire recruiting process-from first hello to first day on the job.
• Write creative job postings that catch the right candidates' attention.
• Source, screen, interview and hire hearts and minds as much as resumes.
• Team up with managers and staff to build a welcoming, diverse workplace.
• Champion compliance while keeping the candidate experience positive and smooth.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment with at least two years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services.
• Creative, empathetic, and driven by purpose.
• Savvy with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms; preference given for Paylocity experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Knowledgeable about employment law and best practices.
• Ready to grow-and help others do the same.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics.
