Senior Infrastructure & Devops Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and maintain highly available AWS infrastructure across development, staging, and production environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Build, optimize, and secure CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, zero-downtime deployments.
• Manage and scale containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability systems for proactive incident management.
• Lead capacity planning, automated scaling, disaster recovery testing, and blue-green deployment strategies.
• Enforce cloud security, networking, access-control, and data-protection standards.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve developer experience and reduce friction for product teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, VPC, and IAM.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including EKS.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Experience with monitoring and logging platforms including Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix, networking protocols, load balancing, CDN, and DNS administration.
• Familiarity with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and other database or caching systems.
• Excellent technical communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Benefits

• Base pay range is $195,000–$235,000 per year, with potential annual bonus and stock units.
