Reliability Manager

This position serves as the technical leader for equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance systems, equipment standards, and maintenance training. The Plant Reliability Engineer works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to reduce downtime, improve equipment performance, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility for maintenance personnel but serves as the technical leader for equipment reliability, maintenance systems, and maintenance best practices throughout the facility. Equipment Reliability & Technical Support Provide advanced troubleshooting support for manufacturing equipment, plant utilities, and facility infrastructure. Lead root cause analysis efforts for equipment failures, recurring downtime events, and chronic reliability issues. Develop and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and performance. Support equipment startups, process improvements, and major maintenance activities. Serve as the primary technical resource for complex maintenance and equipment-related issues.
