Tennessee Licensed Sales Representative

To drive sales initiatives in Tennessee, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with brokers and agents, focusing on selling Dental, Vision, and Hearing employee benefit products in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within the assigned territory Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products from sale to issuance Identify and procure new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers and manage existing client relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience State Health/Life License required, or must obtain within 6 months of hire Ability to learn the insurance/financial services industry and demonstrate leadership presence Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management and project management abilities
