Maintenance Lead – Cokeysville, MD

Overview

Pay Range: up to $35/hr

We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit.

Responsibilities

Perform general repairs
Lead light construction
Handle service calls
Troubleshoot structural issues
Complete renovations
Coordinate small crews
Travel between sites
Communicate updates
Ensure quality standards

Core Scope of Work

Maintenance and repairs
Drywall, framing, carpentry
Minor electrical and plumbing
Door, hardware, fixtures
Interior renovations
Exterior repairs
Emergency response

Requirements

Multi-trade experience
Lead small projects/crews
Troubleshoot issues
Valid driver’s license
Background check
Drug screen
Functional electrical/plumbing knowledge (not licensed)

Preferred Qualifications

Property maintenance background
Residential & commercial experience
Handyman skills
Read basic plans/scopes
