What You'll Do
Lead, train, and inspire a diverse housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms and public spaces


Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inspections, inventory management, and quality control


Implement efficient processes to ensure timely room turns and exceptional guest satisfaction


Manage departmental budgets, supply ordering, and cost-control initiatives


Collaborate closely with the Front Office, Maintenance, and Management teams to ensure seamless operations


Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines


Foster a positive, professional, and supportive work environment


What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a hotel setting


Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable


Excellent organizational and time-management abilities


A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset


Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional guest service
