Role Overview 

This is your leadership opportunity. 

You've spent 3+ years learning B2B marketing execution. Now it's time to own strategy. As our Senior B2B Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for our go-to-market strategy, marketing positioning, and integrated campaign execution for enterprise AI solutions. 

You’ll work directly with sales and technical leaders, and have measurable influence on pipeline and revenue. This is a leadership role with real autonomy, not another manager-level position. 

This role is for: B2B SaaS marketers (3-5 years) ready to step into leadership. If you've executed campaigns, generated leads, and are hungry to own strategy, this is your next move. 

What You'll Own (Strategic Leadership) 

Marketing Strategy & Positioning  

• Own our go-to-market positioning for AI and Agentic solutions 

• Develop deep understanding of buyer personas, journey, and pain points 

• Translate technical complexity (AI, ML, automation) into business value for enterprise buyers 

• Create differentiated messaging that resonates with C-suite and technical decision-makers 

• Partner with sales on ideal customer profile and account strategy 

• Refine strategy quarterly based on market feedback and competitive moves 

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership  

• Build and own content strategy that establishes Integrant as enterprise AI expert 

• Produce or lead creation thought-leadership articles, case studies, white papers, webinars, video content 

• Manage content calendar and editorial calendar 

• Collaborate with technical SMEs: translate complex AI concepts into compelling narratives 

• Establish company as credible voice in enterprise AI/automation space 

• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, consistency across all communications 

• Guide and mentor junior team members on content creation 

Integrated Campaign Ownership  

• Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns targeting enterprise prospects 

• Own campaigns from concept → messaging → asset creation → launch → optimization → reporting 

• Coordinate across channels: LinkedIn, email, paid media, webinars, events, partnerships, sales enablement 

• Lead cross-functional execution with internal teams and external partners 

• Create compelling campaign narratives that connect positioning to buyer needs 

• Measure and optimize campaigns for quality leads, not vanity metrics 

Demand Generation & Pipeline Impact  

• Focus on generating qualified leads and pipeline influence (not just brand awareness) 

• Define and measure metrics: target account engagement, MQL quality, SQL conversion, pipeline influence 

• Build repeatable demand generation engine that scales 

• Continuously analyze performance and optimize based on data 

• Establish feedback loop with sales to assess lead quality and refine targeting 

• Report monthly on marketing metrics, pipeline influence, and ROI 

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration  

• Partner with sales leadership on alignment and strategy 

• Collaborate with technical SMEs (engineers, product) to understand and market solutions 

• Manage external partners: agencies, freelancers, vendors 

• Communicate strategy and wins internally and externally 

• Represent marketing in cross-functional meetings and leadership discussions.

Requirements

• Experience marketing AI, ML, automation, or advanced technology solutions 
• Experience in regulated industries (biotech, medical devices, finance, manufacturing) 
• Account-based marketing (ABM) or enterprise marketing background 
• Leadership experience: mentored junior marketers or managed projects 
• Comfort with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) 
• Familiarity with intent data and marketing intelligence tools 
• Public speaking, podcast, or thought-leadership background 
• Experience with B2B SaaS GTM (go-to-market) strategy 

• Unique ability to speak "engineer" and "buyer" fluently 

Benefits

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 annually 

• Good-faith estimate based on experience, qualifications, and role scope 

• California SB 642 compliant 

• Actual offer within range based on background and impact
