Job Summary: The Recruiting Coordinator supports the full-cycle recruiting process across La La Land's markets, keeping candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters connected every step of the way. This role owns the scheduling, communication, and administrative details that make hiring feel warm and organized rather than transactional, often serving as a candidate's first real impression of La La Land. The Recruiting Coordinator partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving and candidate records accurate and up to date. Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, managing calendars across multiple markets and time zones Serve as the candidate's primary point of contact for scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups, often the first impression of La La Land's brand Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition records in Paylocity Post and manage open requisitions across job boards Support offer logistics, including paperwork, and handoff to onboarding Track and report on pipeline metrics to support recruiters and hiring managers Assist with light sourcing support, such as initial resume screens and templated outreach to warm or past candidates, as a stretch/growth responsibility Partner with the recruiting team to continuously improve the candidate experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple calendars, threads, and priorities at once Clear, warm written and verbal communication, this role is often candidate-focused and shapes first impressions of La La Land Attention to detail, particularly around candidate records, scheduling accuracy, and offer paperwork Ability to work cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations leadership in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment Comfort with ATS/HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus) and general tech proficiency Discretion in handling confidential candidate and employee information Requirements Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or support role; recruiting or HR experience preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus Experience with an ATS/HRIS system a plus (Paylocity experience a plus) Proficiency with standard office/productivity tools and comfort learning new systems Must have reliable transportation for occasional local travel between sites Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use may be required Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site office environment 5 days per week Additional Perks: Profit Sharing Eligibility Annual Bonus Paid Holidays Flexible PTO Annual Food & Beverage Allowance Company Discount Phone Stipend Growth Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
