Senior Assistant Store Manager Spencer's Hourly rate: $20.00 - $20.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience). Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Physical demands: Exceed 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Work up to 38 hours per week.
