Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Aesthetician role based in Fishkill, NY. The Medical Aesthetician will perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, laser skin rejuvenation, hair removal services and advanced skincare procedures, while adhering to safety and medical protocols. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, assessing skin concerns, recommending appropriate treatment plans, and performing services such as laser hair removal and microneedling as permitted by training and local regulations. The role involves maintaining detailed treatment records, preparing and sanitizing treatment rooms and equipment, and following all infection control and practice guidelines. The Medical Aesthetician will also provide ongoing skincare education, support post-treatment care, collaborate with the medical team, and deliver a high level of customer service to ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications Proficiency in hair removal services, including Laser Hair Removal and other Hair Removal techniques, with a strong focus on client safety and comfort. Experience or training in advanced aesthetic procedures such as Microneedling, and familiarity with related skincare treatments and technologies. Understanding of basic Medicine concepts relevant to medical aesthetics, including contraindications, skin anatomy, and treatment safety protocols. Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. Current aesthetician or cosmetology license in New York State (or eligibility to obtain), with appropriate certifications for laser and device-based treatments as required. Ability to follow clinical guidelines, maintain accurate documentation, and work collaboratively with medical providers and team members. Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, with strong time management and attention to detail. Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or cosmetic practice is preferred but not required; willingness to participate in ongoing training and education. #J-18808-Ljbffr
