Responsibilities: • Deliver personalized massage therapy and/or stretch therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, enhancing their overall wellness journey. • Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their fitness and recovery goals. • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space to ensure a positive client experience. • Stay informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and integrate them into your practice to provide cutting-edge care. • Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and encouraging repeat visits. • Work closely with our team of wellness professionals to create a holistic approach to client health and recovery. • Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Experience in delivering personalized massage and stretch therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs. • Ability to collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their fitness and recovery goals. • Proven track record of maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space to enhance client experience. • Commitment to staying informed about the latest massage therapy techniques and integrating them into practice. • Skill in building and nurturing strong client relationships to foster trust and encourage repeat visits. • Experience working closely with a team of wellness professionals to create a holistic approach to client health and recovery. • Ability to document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction. Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
