Operations - Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate/Retail Sales Associate I Dover, DE, USA Job Description Continental Battery Systems is a rapidly growing North American PE-backed company seeking a highly-skilled, energetic, and collaborative employee to support delivery, warehouse, and retail operations. Responsibilities Safely operate a class B or C vehicle (CDL not required) to perform regular deliveries that support customer purchases and strengthen relationships, including managing and replenishing consignments, recovering used batteries, and performing customer installations. Execute warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, reconditioning used batteries, and battery maintenance. Assist in training new associates and document successful processes and procedures. Maintain DOT HOS records and medical clearance when required for deliveries. Provide sales and after‑sales service on the selling floor, phone, or email, delivering a positive customer experience. Operate forklift safely and handle material‑handling equipment and processes. Demonstrate consistent excellence and contribute to process improvements. Minimum Qualifications AA Degree or equivalent; 3.0 GPA preferred. Clean MVR with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Delivery Driver‑2, Material Handler‑2, or Retail Sales Rep‑2 role at the Company, OR minimum 3 years in a Driver, Warehouse Associate, or Retail capacity elsewhere. Ability to meet required KSAVs. Demonstrated safe driving practices and proficiency with material‑handling equipment and processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
