Head of IT & Automation for Enterprise-Scale AI

Baseten seeks a Head of IT to build, scale, and secure our internal tech function. You will lead a team of IT engineers, drive zero-touch automation, manage SaaS and vendor spend, and enable AI-driven workflows.

You will own corporate IT infrastructure, identity management, device lifecycles, and procurement to support rapid growth. You will shape a world-class IT experience for Baseten employees, ensuring security, reliability, and delightful user support as we scale from startup to enterprise
