PRN — for SLPs that want maximum flexibility: no minimum weekly hour requirement and opportunities to provide make-up sessions, rescheduled visits, evaluations, and coverage as needed. Part-Time Hourly — for SLPs that want part-time consistency: requires a minimum of 7 hours per week, allowing you to build your own caseload and develop ongoing relationships with families. Full-Time Salary (Exempt) — for SLPs that was a consistent caseload: your choice of a 30-, 32-, 36-, 38-,or 40-hour schedule, a dedicated caseload, and comprehensive benefits with recurring scheduling earnings opportunities. ⭐ Compensation: All Expressable clinicians are W2 employees. Compensation is determined based on experience, licensure, market considerations, and high-demand availability (weekends and after 3:30pm on weekdays) PRN & Part-Time Hourly Clinical Rate: $40-$58/hour. Covers both direct sessions & documentation time Full-Time Salary (Exempt) Annualized compensation between $72,500-$115,000.
