About the role Location: Lansing, MI – On‑site outpatient clinic Position Type: Full‑Time (flexible PRN and Part‑Time schedules also available) Start Date: Immediate Opening What you’ll do Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. Provide one‑on‑one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post‑surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning. Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to patients of all ages. Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently. Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs. Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff. Qualifications Current Michigan Physical Therapist License – New Grads Welcome! Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for patient‑centered care and commitment to continuous learning Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post‑surgical rehab, fall prevention, strength training #J-18808-Ljbffr
