Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
Location: Billings, Butte, Whitefish, Helena, MT (Multiple Facility Locations)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift
Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 Annually (DOE)**

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality medical care to adult and geriatric patients across post-acute care, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and assisted living communities throughout Montana.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications

• NP or PA-C from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Montana state license
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
