Collision Estimator

Job Summary Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to perform a full range of duties, including: Write estimates and conduct process reviews. Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice). Finalize total loss administration and communicate post‑repair plans, including status updates to customers. Comply with Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. Salary and Benefits Annual base salary up to $75,000 plus commission. Requirements 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license, eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy. Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser’s license. Abilities / Skills / Knowledge Physical ability to perform consistent activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Advanced understanding of repair procedures and processes. Strong sales orientation. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
