What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage collaboratively with students, staff, and families
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent assessment and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Design and oversee therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Provide direct speech-language therapy individually and in small groups
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate records and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing training as appropriate
• Adapt intervention techniques to diverse learning environments, both onsite and virtually as needed
