Staff Pharmacist - Float Join a retail pharmacy in Columbia, TN where you can practice pharmacy the way it should be . We offer flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s), no script metrics, strong pharmacist support, and a well-staffed technician team . If you’re looking for work-life balance without sacrificing professional satisfaction, this is the role for you. Pay Details : $57 - $69 an hour based on experience Shift: 40 hours a week | Flexible to 4x10 or 5x8 shifts
- Pharmacy open weekdays 8a-8p
- Pharmacy open Sat 9a-6p | Sun 10a-5p
- Accurately verify and dispense retail prescriptions while providing clear, compassionate patient counseling on medications, OTC products, side effects, and adherence
- Support daily retail pharmacy operations including prescription processing, insurance resolution, required documentation and regulatory paperwork, and supervision of technician activities to ensure smooth workflow and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- Active Pharmacist licensure in the state of practice
