Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility in Virginia)
• Acceptance of both CCC-certified clinicians and clinical fellows (CFY)
• Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students meeting eligibility for speech/language support
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educational teams
• Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support carryover of therapy strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
