As a Security Officer Commercial Driver Patrol in Fremont, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, offering a dynamic role for someone who values teamwork, integrity, and a caring culture while supporting daily operations with an agile and reliable approach.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to support de-escalation and proper reporting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, while observing and reporting security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related issues as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
