Primary Care Physician physician employment in California :

A health services network in the United States is actively seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a great Remote opportunity with their high-volume Telehealth team.

About the Opportunity:

Shift: Day
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (flexible availability with weekday and weekend coverage)
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per month
Setting: Remote

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive virtual primary care for pediatric and adult patients across the lifespan
Conduct scheduled and on-demand video visits and asynchronous consultations
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Prescribe medications, order laboratory and diagnostic testing, and provide follow-up care
Document patient encounters accurately and collaborate with a multidisciplinary virtual care team
Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, and/or Urgent Care experience
Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
Current licensure in California, New York, or Washington, D.C.
Family Nurse Practitioner national certification or board certification
National Provider Identifier (NPI)
At least one active prescribing credential, such as DEA registration or applicable state prescribing authority
Strong telemedicine skills and comfort using technology and electronic medical records
Excellent clinical judgment and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a virtual care team

Desired Skills:

Additional active U.S. Nursing licenses
Previous experience in Telemedicine
Experience in high-volume Virtual Care settings
Experience caring for patients across the lifespan
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
