Proven outside sales experience , with a track record of building customer relationships, identifying needs, and successfully closing sales in a face-to-face environment.

Demonstrated success in a field-based sales role , including prospecting, consultative selling, overcoming objections, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners via telephone to assess garage door needs and deliver customized solutions

• Take ownership of the sales process from first contact to final follow-up

• Generate and pursue new leads via phone consultations

• Provide accurate, competitive estimates for service, remodels, and installations

• Recommend upgrades and accessories that enhance safety, function, and style

• Serve as the go-to expert and main point of contact throughout the entire project

• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up using Service-Titan

• Support your peers and help the team achieve collective success

• Participate in ongoing product and sales training

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience required ; 5+ years is a plus. Related industry sales experience is also a plus (e.g., manufacturing, industrial, construction, automotive, or distribution).

• A passion for customer service and building long-term client relationships

• Strong project management skills (preferred)

• Tech-savvy with experience using Service-Titan (or willingness to learn)

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Ability to perform office-based duties.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
