$55-$60/hour | PRN

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN opportunity at Autumn Lake at Chesapeake Woods. This role offers flexible scheduling while allowing you to help residents improve everyday function, safety, and independence through individualized occupational therapy.
What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
• Provide treatment addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance
• Establish appropriate therapy goals and monitor progress
• Recommend adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence
• Modify interventions based on resident needs and clinical progress
• Provide resident and caregiver education
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with COTAs, nursing, and other rehabilitation professionals

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
