Shift Details
- Full-Time Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- + $1.50/hour night shift differential
- + $1.50/hour weekend premium
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Support mobility, safety, and comfort
- Partner with nurses and care staff to deliver excellent care
- Help maintain a positive, resident-centered environment
What You'll Need
- Active Indiana CNA certification (or obtain within 120 days)
- Interest or experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living
- Dependable, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
