Inside Sales Lead - Additive Manufacturing Indianapolis, IN, United States | req28490 What you will enjoy doing* In this role you will engage with customers through calls and/or meetings to understand their needs to make recommendations to sales leadership You will read and interpret specifications and other technical documents to make recommendations for products to customers Further, you will provide end to end customer experience including rapid response and technical support to the customer base assigned to you Additionally, you will collaborate closely with supporting departments including procurement, engineering operations and finance to support customer needs You will share voice of the customer (VOC) feedback on pricing, market trends and other feedback to sales leadership to support strategy and grow sales You will generate proposals, including cost analysis and pricing proposals for customer base Also, you showcase the ability to self-manage, prioritize work for customers, forecast and communicate account details efficiently What Makes You Great You have a BS / BA Degree with 2-4 years of experience Technical background in materials or engineering is preferred but not required An ideal candidate would have previous experience in a manufacturing setting and/or materials preferred specifically in metal powders Further, you have a minimum two (2) years of experience working in excel and word with moderate to advanced proficiency Minimum two (2) years of experience managing customers and/or client accounts Track record of successfully growing partnerships with customers and/or client accounts You have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work cross-functionally and cooperatively with both on-site staff and customer contacts Ability to travel up to 10-20% is required Why you will love working with us Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
