About the Role
The Company is seeking an Interim Executive Director for Experience and Design to lead the transformation of customer experience and drive customer-centric change. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision for the customer journey strategy, with a focus on seamless channel shift and end-to-end product design. This role involves leading the development of customer and employee journey maps, overseeing the design and execution of cross-channel initiatives, and ensuring sustainable front-line service provision that maximizes value for the customer. Strong leadership and management of cross-functional teams are essential to deliver product improvements that are aligned with business priorities.
