Field IT Support Technician I — Clinics & EMR
Central Health
Central Health is seeking a User Support Field Technician I to serve as a liaison between the User Support team and customers at assigned sites, clinics, and locations. You will oversee and monitor all issues, requests, and project work related to workstations, peripherals, hardware, and EMR/EPM, with daily onsite visits and responsive phone/email support. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, deploy and maintain hardware, assist with Active Directory and end-user software, and provide #J-18808-Ljbffr Central Health
