❤️ WHAT YOULL DO Lead, plan, coordinate, and manage nursing services
Oversee quality nursing care and services for our residents
Supervise and support nursing staff and caregivers
Provide leadership and guidance in the absence of higher management
Promote a positive, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
‍⚕️ WHAT YOU BRING Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Michigan RN or LPN license
Current BLS certification
Assisted Living experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
