Familiarity with job-relevant AI platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot or other industry-standard AI productivity tools is expected and considered essential for success at this company.About the RoleSonderMind Professional Clinical Counselor, P.C (SPCC) is seeking a full-time Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (103 PMHNP) to provide high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse client population.This role is designed to offer clinicians predictability and meaningful earning potential through a structured productivity model. PMHNPs are supported by SonderMind's care coordination, technology platform, and operational infrastructure, allowing them to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care.Core Responsibilities:Deliver High-Quality Psychiatric Care - provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and SonderMind standards.Medication Management & Ongoing Care - manage and monitor medications, assess treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.Maintain Clinical Documentation Standards - complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all client encounters in accordance with company, legal, and payer requirements.Support Continuity of Care - collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to ensure a seamless and integrated care experience for clients.Meet Productivity Expectations - maintain a consistent schedule and meet baseline expectations for completed clinical encounters, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through productivity-based incentives.Leverage Technology & Tools - utilize the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload, streamline documentation, and enhance care delivery.Productivity Model & Expectations:This role operates under SonderMind's Clinical Productivity Bonus Plan, which provides transparency and flexibility in clinician earnings.PMHNPs are hired at a guaranteed base salaryEach role includes a defined baseline expectation of completed clinical encounters per pay periodAfter meeting baseline expectations, clinicians may earn additional compensation per completed sessionThe model is designed to reward productivity while maintaining sustainable workloads and consistent client access to careAll administrative responsibilities—including documentation, care coordination, and internal collaboration—are included within the base salaryQualifications:PMHNP with active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s)Must have 103 designationBoard-certified or board-eligibleExperience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication managementStrong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based careAbility to maintain timely and accurate documentationComfort working in a technology-enabled care environmentInterest in a structured, productivity-based compensation modelCompensation & Benefits:Compensation for this role includes a guaranteed base salary starting at $140,000 per year, plus productivity-based incentives, designed to provide both stability and earning upside.
