Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a primary focus on inpatient care
• Implement evidence-based treatment techniques and therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's needs
• Educate patients on self-management strategies and long-term health maintenance
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using facility EMR systems (ReDoc/NetHealth, MedHost)
• Develop fitness- and wellness-oriented programs to support healthier and more active lifestyles

Required Qualifications

• Current and active New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure (pending NM licensure considered if included with submission)
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to comply with state fingerprinting requirements for New Mexico travelers

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with ReDoc/NetHealth and MedHost EMR platforms
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care environment
