Press Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Press Operator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic industrial environment, supporting the production process and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong attendance, and good math and ruler skills, which are essential for success in this position.

Job Title: Press Operator

Location: Oak Ridge, TN

Pay Range: 16-18/hr

Shift: 7am-3pm Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Operate finishing presses and related machinery efficiently and safely
• Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment to meet production specifications
• Perform quality checks and document results accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Basic math skills and ability to read rulers accurately
• Good attitude and reliable attendance
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
