Animal Emergency & Referral Center of York is looking for a full-time Veterinary Assistant to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in York, PA.

About You

You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing compassionate, hands-on support for patients receiving emergency and specialty care. Your life-changing work will range from assisting with treatments, diagnostics, and hospitalized patient care to supporting essential hospital services, including patient admissions, care coordination and discharge processes.

Your Experience & Skills

· Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience

· Emergency veterinary experience preferred

· Possesses a positive work attitude

· Self-motivated

· Excellent communication and organization skills
