To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a recognized equivalent from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification, while specialized certifications in areas like geriatrics or neurology could offer added value but are not essential.
• Strong prior experience is highly preferred alongside excellent communication and collaboration skills.
