MDstaffers is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner in Brooklyn, NY. The primary focus of the Nurse Practitioner is to provide quality care to all patients. Details include a full-time, permanent position working 35 - 40 hours a week. The role involves designing and participating in quality assurance activities, providing clinical supervision of nursing personnel, coordinating test, referrals, and care of patients outside of the center, and developing and setting standards for preventative care and diagnostic screening. The position also requires meeting annual CMS requirements, operating a motor vehicle and traveling within the service site area, and providing safe and successful performance including meeting productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction standards. The schedule includes one late evening per week and one Saturday per month, with rotating phone call coverage.
