Is competent in role as a Surgical Technologist and displays advanced knowledge and ability to independently perform roles and tasks related to the field of surgical technology. Anticipates surgeons' needs and is acknowledged by staff as advanced in field. Ability to first assist is preferred.Certification as a Surgical Technologist is highly preferred.
