Position: Production Support Lead
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term
Client: ValueMomentum Inc

Job Description:

Required Skills:

Strong in SQL skills with expertise in T-SQL / PLSQL, (complex queries, overall SQL knowledge),
Strong in SSRS and SSIS. Hands on experience required.
Any Visualization tools experience is needed to have (PowerBI or Tableau or ClickView)
Experience on Azure
Working experience in Data warehouse L2, L3 type of production support engagements
Independently able to work with business users to understand changed required or understand issue or defect. Then work independently to resolve the issue.
Able to hand off some issues to India team and work with them for closure.
Report status back to customer lead daily and highlight, escalate when required without delay.
