Position Overview This position includes a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and is eligible for the Rural Salary Initiative. It is a full‑time role for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities Evaluate and administer treatment to individuals diagnosed with speech, language, and swallowing dysfunctions. Collaborate with all disciplines to establish and review team goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Qualifications Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice. Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting.
