As a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, I built my career on hard work, growth, and community involvement. I opened my agency in November 2024 after spending eight and a half years as a team member for two different agentsexperience that shaped my leadership philosophy and commitment to building the right culture. Our office proudly sponsors the Norcross High School Football team and I volunteer with the Norcross High School 3DE Program, supporting young entrepreneurs in our community. Our agency culture is friendly, laidback, and growth-focused - we work hard, play hard, and stay family-oriented. I tell my team often, I will never forget what it means to be a Team Member. I have been in your shoes for many years, and I will strive to create the best environment for my team. With three sales team members and two service team members, we are building something special. We offer sales promotion bonuses, Win the Week rewards, and Simple IRA and health insurance contributions after one year of employment. Our mission is to grow with our customers as their needs change by helping them secure the best coverage within their budget. We are looking for leadersnot just workerswho want growth, opportunity, and the chance to build something meaningful. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Brady Bennett - State Farm Agent is searching for an outgoing and customer-focused individual who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As part of my successful team, I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. This development and mentoring can lead you in the right direction to better prepare you for a potential career as a State Farm agent. As part of this opportunity, you will learn from an experienced agent and see what it is like to run a business and grow an agency.

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Property & Casualty license (Must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (Must be able to obtain)
