Previous experience in an operational or manufacturing environment. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions. Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Preferred Qualifications: Certification or training related to equipment operation or maintenance. Experience with computerized control systems or PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers). Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory compliance. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors. Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Identify, report, and troubleshoot operational issues promptly to maintain production flow. Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to equipment performance, maintenance activities, and safety checks.
