Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing EngineerA well-established global manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Direct Hire) to support process improvement and operational excellence at its Parsons, TN facility. This is a hands-on opportunity to improve manufacturing processes, implement Lean initiatives, and support automation, capital projects, and new product introductions.Key ResponsibilitiesImprove production processes, layouts, workflows, assembly methods, and manufacturing efficiency.Lead Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain MBOMs, routings, work instructions, layouts, and engineering change documentation.Support capital equipment, automation, new product introduction, tooling, and process improvement projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.2+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization.Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Six Sigma/Lean certification is a plus.Salary: $85K - 95K base (possible flex) + 5% annual bonusBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 3 weeks PTO to start, Wellness Program, Tuition Assistance, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Training & Development, Employee Discounts, and more.Location: Parsons, TN - Onsite M-F - centrally located between Memphis and Nashville, just off I-40 on the beautiful Tennessee River*** Relocation Assistance Available ***
