Home-Based Palliative Care NP | Autonomy & Impact

Gentiva

Gentiva is seeking a compassionate Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced palliative care to patients in their homes. You will work autonomously while collaborating with the Palliative Medical Director, ensuring the highest quality of life for patients navigating complex medical needs. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Nursing, and at least two years of NP experience in Family or Adult Medicine.
