C. Harper Chevrolet East is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to take care of customers, build relationships and help drive a successful service department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the primary connection between our customers and service department.

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle service and repair needs

• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish

• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process

• Explain recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally

• Provide customers with service updates and estimated completion times

• Work closely with technicians to maintain an efficient workflow

• Review inspection results and technician recommendations

• Present additional recommended services when appropriate

• Help ensure repairs are completed correctly and on schedule

• Maintain outstanding levels of customer satisfaction

• Build long-term relationships that keep customers coming back

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience

• Strong knowledge of dealership service operations

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to effectively explain automotive repairs and maintenance

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills

• Ability to multitask in a busy service environment

• Comfortable working with computers and dealership systems

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
