About the Role Atlantic Coast Enterprises is seeking part‑time and full‑time Automotive Technicians to provide top‑notch service at our Jiffy Lube location in Spring Hill, FL. A Day in the Life of a Lube Tech Each day, you will take excellent care of our customers. Using the training we provide, you will correctly identify mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance, answer customer concerns, provide repair recommendations with accurate labor and time estimates, and complete repairs and parts replacements as needed. Good communication, a positive attitude, and continuous learning are essential for success. Qualifications At least 18 years old Valid driver’s license Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions No experience? We will teach you everything you need to know. Any previous experience is a plus. You need excellent mechanical skills, a drive to problem‑solve, and strong customer service skills. Teamwork and independence are both valued. Work Schedule Lube Technicians work anywhere from 15 to 40 hours per week, depending on part‑time or full‑time status.
