Accounts Payable Manager

Integrated DNA Technologies seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee daily AP operations and lead team development. The role involves standardizing processes across operating companies, ensuring compliance with controls, and supporting financial reporting in Coralville, IA or Fargo, ND.
Responsibilities
- Lead AP team hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Harmonize and standardize AP processes, policies, and controls across operating companies
- Review and approve payments, invoices, and adjustments within authorization limits
- Partner with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve escalations and drive improvements
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or 3+ years AP experience
- 1+ year of people management experience
- Experience with month-end closing, accrual preparation, and financial reporting
- Proficiency with SAP, D365, or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge of ADP and Workday systems preferred
