Job DescriptionRoller Operator – Lead Heavy Civil Compaction for Adcamp Inc.\n\nJob Overview:\n\n Company: Adcamp Inc.\n Location: Flowood, MS\n Job/Employment Type: Full Time.\n Schedule: Monday - Friday (Some Saturdays required).\n Project Scope: Commercial, Industrial, Government, and Federal.\n Mandatory Licences & Certifications: None Required.\n\n\nThe Opportunity:\nYou will serve as a vital asset in field operations, operating heavy compaction equipment to ensure high-quality surfaces. This role gives you the autonomy to execute precise rolling patterns while receiving the backing of a team that knows you by name.
