Key Responsibilities\n

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

In this role, you will work closely with patients within hospice programs, often characterized by terminal diagnoses and the profound emotional complexities associated with end-of-life care. The patient population is diverse, requiring sensitivity to varying cultural backgrounds and personal beliefs regarding death and dying. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
