Production Associate I

GE HealthCare

GE HealthCare seeks a Production Associate I to perform hands-on technical work manufacturing, testing, and repairing ultrasound systems in Noblesville, Indiana. The role involves inspecting components, performing repairs and upgrades, conducting diagnostics, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

Inspect ultrasound systems and components to identify defects and required repairs
Disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble system components according to specifications
Perform diagnostic and functional testing to verify proper system operation
Document repairs, testing results, and device history record information accurately
Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve product quality and efficiency

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years hands-on technical work in manufacturing, assembly, repair, or maintenance
English fluency in written and verbal communication
Mechanical, troubleshooting, and technical skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Time-management skills and adaptability to changing priorities
